I was stuck in traffic with my father one rainy day while driving back home. So I decided to make use of my time and photograph the rain on my window. It was hard to make this a good shot without being "boring" but after many tries I finally got the perfect photograph. I had asked my dad to turn off the windshield wipers so that the rain could collect on the glass. I loved the patterns that the rain would make and the reflection in each water droplet. The pearls of rain would slide down the window creating interesting patterns. I also like how one can see the traffic light, which is blurred in the background. It almost gives the picture a story which allows the viewer to think more in depth and question the photograph. Who knew that being stuck in traffic could capture the beauty of rain?
